BIOGRAPHY
A native of Southern Utah, Dr. Richan developed a deep appreciation for the natural beauty and unique landscapes of the region. She earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Southern Utah University, followed by a master’s degree in chemistry from Utah State University, where her research focused on enzyme dynamics.
Outside of academics, she enjoys spending time with her family exploring the outdoors—hiking, skiing, and experiencing all that Southern Utah has to offer
